This move comes within the framework of Kuwait's support for the Sudanese people amid the ongoing fighting.
The aircraft contained food aid that was handed to the Sudanese Red Crescent Society, Kuwait's Ambassador in Khartoum Fahad Al-Dhufairi told state-owned KUNA.
The Gulf country has established an air bridge to Sudan to send urgent humanitarian and relief aid for five days ending tomorrow, May 8th.
However, Al-Dhufairi added that a campaign was launched in Kuwaiti to collect and dispatch additional aid to Sudan.
