- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste

- Prepare the meatloaf

- Prepare the sauce
