Poonam Dhillon Confirms Sonakshi Sinha's Wedding to Zaheer

Bollywood yesteryear actress Poonam Dhillon confirmed that 'Heeramandi' star Sonakshi Sinha is set to marry Zaheer Iqbal. 

In a conversation with Instant Bollywood Dhillon said, "I wish Sonakshi all the very best. She has sent a lovely invitation. I have known her since she was a little girl. I have seen her entire journey. I pray to God she stays happy."

The celebrity also said, "Please keep her happy Zaheer. She is a lovely girl. She is precious for all of us.”

The news comes after a digital invitation leaked and went viral on social media. The digital initiation featured a voice note from Sonakshi and Zaheer saying that they had been together for seven years and "we are making it official finally.”

Sinha's family have not confirmed the news. In a conversation with Times of India, her father Shatrughan Sinha shared that Sonakshi has the right to choose her partner herself and that he was "neither confirming nor denying" the news about her upcoming marriage. 

Her brother Luv Sinha also clarified that he had no idea about the wedding. 

According to the leaked audio invitation and various media reports, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's wedding ceremony will take place on Sunday, Jun. 23.
