Kuwait Government Launches New Platform for Citizen Feedback

The Cabinet made an announcement about launching a new online platform next week where citizens can submit suggestions, inquiries, and complaints to the government online.
Residents can start using the ‘Tawasol’ platform to submit suggestions, inquiries, and complaints to the government online through the Sahel app starting on September 24, 2023.
