1 March 2022, Dubai, UAE: Globally celebrated Chef Mauro Colagreco will be at One&Only Royal Mirage on Friday 4^th and Saturday 5^th March, hosting two events at Celebrities, a Dubai classic serving relaxed French elegance with a glimpse of glamour, and the popular Beach Bar & Grill, which has been inspired by the relaxed alfresco lifestyle of Argentina, both stand strong under the acclaimed Chef’s culinary direction.

Originally from Argentina, Chef Mauro has spent over 20 years perfecting his craft in France. His  restaurant Mirazur, on the French Riviera, was named Number 1 in the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” in 2019, and was the first non-French chef to be awarded three Michelin stars in France. Today, his cuisine is representative of these diverse influences and experiences, showcasing the lighter, fresher flavours of the South of France and the Mediterranean.

Dine with Chef Mauro at Celebrities

On Friday 4^th March from 8pm onwards, guests can expect an exclusive menu at Celebrities hosted by Chef Mauro himself. With a creative menu selection that plays to the sociable trend of the city, sharing is central to the Celebrities ideology and promises convivial French dining at its very best.  

Refined and elegant, the indoor dining room boasts stunning views over the resort’s beach front esplanade. The ambience is inviting and inclusive, with little room for pretentiousness, making it a favoured space to catch up over dinner. “The Weekend Vibes” at Beach Bar & Grill

In Argentina, the weekend kicks off with asado, laughter, wine and sharing, it allows friends and family to commune around a grilled meat over the embers... this weekend Chef Mauro will be hosting the recently launched “Weekend Vibes” lunch, already featuring open flame “Parilla” grill guests will be invited to experience the outdoor open flame “Asado” grill, taking place on Saturday 5^th March at Dubai’s beloved beachfront restaurant, the Beach Bar & Grill. With the very best of food, and situated in the most idyllic location, Beach Bar & Grill can definitely stake a claim of being one of the newest, most stylish laid back places.

From 1pm onwards guests can savour a long lazy lunch, soaking up the stunning views of the new Dubai Harbour and Palm Island Bay, all to the backdrop of a DJ’s rhythmic beats and captivating vocals. Savour South American cuisine, drawing on his Argentinian heritage to create authentic dishes with flavours from the finest seafood, prime meats and in-season ingredients, that are perfect for sharing.  As the sun starts to set join Chef Mauro for an “Asado” grill experience under the stars, with open fire and slow cooked meats.
