Ramadan Recipes: Seekh Kabab

Seekh Kababs are grilled minced meat that are shaped like cylinders, which are very popular in South Asia and the Middle East. The kababs are believed to have originated from the medieval Turkish soldiers who used to roast wild meat on their swords after they had hunted in the jungle. Seekh kababs are a succulent delight that makes them ideal for iftar as they make a wholesome meal once you have them with naan bread and chutney.
