2 eggs
100 ml milk
100 g flour
1 tsp salt
6 small butter cubes

  1. Mix the Batter

    In a blender, mix the milk, eggs, flour, and salt until smooth. Transfer to a container, cover, and let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. You can leave it to rest for up to 4 hours as well - the longer, the better.
  2. Prepare to Bake

    Heat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Grab a muffin tin and put a small cube of butter into each one. Put the tin in the oven and let the butter melt - be careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the Batter

    Pour the batter over the melted butter and return to the oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm with a drizzle of jam or fresh berries.
