Salad

2 mini cucumbers
1 avocado
1 radish
¼ red onion
2 tsp fresh dill
2 tsp fresh cilantro
2 tsp olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
½ tsp salt

Shrimps

500 grams of black tiger shrimp
3 tbs olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
  • Method & Directions of Crunchy Shrimp Salad

  1. Marinate Your Shrimps

    First, make sure your shrimps are clean and patted dry. In a mixing bowl, season your shrimp with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Massage well and set aside to marinate.
  2. Chop Your Veggies

    Finely chop your cucumbers, avocado, radish, and red onion. Then, chop up the fresh dill and cilantro and set together in a salad bowl. `
  3. Cook the Shrimps

    In a hot nonstick pan, cook your shrimp for 1 minute for each side. Once cooked, chop them into halves and add to your salad.
  4. Add Dressing and Serve

    To make the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
