Qatar Creates, an organization headed by Her Excellency Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, presents regional and international talent to the world. Her Excellency made the following remarks regarding Qatar Creates Week:

"Qatar Creates is created to nurture and encourage talent in the creative industries of Qatar and the region, resulting in significant and authentic cultural experiences. We are honored to collaborate with notable figures in the arts and fashion to create this one-of-a-kind experience, which will definitely have a lasting effect on our society and community long after the competition is over. This is how we will fulfill our purpose. On this historic occasion, as Qatar assumes its role as the first Arab nation to host the FIFA World Cup, we share with the world our amazing country's art, culture, and tradition with great pride.

"Qatar Creates Week is the opening act to an exciting calendar of events and activities for audiences of all ages, offered throughout Qatar's historic monuments in the coming months," said Saad Al Hudaifi, Executive Director of Qatar Creates. In the run-up to the FIFA World Cup 2022TM, we are grateful for the assistance of our local and international partners in helping Qatar Creates fulfill its purpose to "become a platform that presents compelling ideas and exciting voices in a communal celebration of arts and culture."
