Zameen.com, the largest real estate company in Pakistan, announced the launch of the Pakistan Property exhibition on May 20-24 in Doha, Qatar. The event is expected to attract many Pakistani expatriates in the Gulf region, who have already expressed their interest in the projects being held in cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Jhelum and other major cities in Pakistan.

The exhibition highlights more than 150 projects with a total value of billions of Qatari riyals, which are being marketed and sold exclusively through the Zameen.com platform.

The exhibition will be attended by Atif Rana, Head of the Middle East region in the company; Haseeb Malik, Corporate Marketing, Business Strategy, and Environment Director; Vizan Khan, Project Sales Manager; Associate Directors Faisal Qureshi and Rabia Afshan, along with Radwan Kazemi, Senior Director of Marketing; and Yasser Niazi, Director of Marketing, and a group of CEOs.

Mr. Atif Rana expressed his full confidence in the success of the exhibition in light of the positive and encouraging impressions recorded by previous similar events, especially the presence of a large Pakistani community in Qatar, a large part of which is interested in seizing safe investment opportunities.

Rana stressed that Qatar is a leading country in the field of investment and reception of foreign investors, due to the laws that encourage investment and facilities for foreign investors.

It is worth mentioning that Zameen.com offers exclusive offers for the event on its luxury and licensed projects, giving the Pakistani community the possibility to benefit from profitable and secure real estate opportunities.

It must be noted that the economic relations between Qatar and Pakistan have witnessed a great development since last year. In February 2021, the two parties signed an agreement for a period of 10 years, according to which the State of Qatar will export liquefied natural gas to Pakistan, an agreement that was described as “lowest.” A price in the world to be publicly disclosed under a long-term contract between the two countries.

Pakistan and Qatar have solid relations based on common religion, cultural affinity, and geographical proximity. Thanks to the frequent visits of officials from both sides - which have increased in frequency in recent years - the areas of their relationship have expanded to include, as well, political, security, and economic dimensions.

In line with its Vision 2030, Qatar seeks to maintain a skilled and productive workforce, and in this context, it is working to introduce major changes to the labor market, especially with its hosting of the World Cup next November. It seems that the Pakistani community will have the lion's share, as Qatari sources revealed, in March 2022, that Doha plans to increase job opportunities and employ more than 150 thousand Pakistanis.
