The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has emphasised that no events or gatherings are allowed on school premises or at external venues. This means that graduation ceremonies of schools in Dubai will take place online for the second consecutive year.
It has called on schools to work together with students to use technology in fun and creative ways so that pupils have a memorable and safe graduation experience.

The private education regulator added that any changes in the rules will be communicated through its website.
Earlier this week, Dubai's Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management announced that events and activities can resume in Dubai with updated guidelines.
Wedding ceremonies can take place with the attendance capped at 100 if the ceremony is held at hotels or other venues, however, all attendees and staff must be vaccinated.
The authority added that ceremonies held at homes will be capped at 30, with all precautionary measures put in place.
