The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Entertainment Turki Al-Sheikh launched the first Saudi program of its kind "Saudi Idol", which will include the judges; Aseel Abu Bakr, Ahlam, Asala, and Majed Al-Muhandis, in a new partnership between the General Entertainment Authority and the MBC Group.
The program will be broadcast on MBC1 channels in two phases, the first starting in mid-December, which is the auditions, followed by the stage of live shows that will start on January 11, 2023.
This came within the framework of supporting Saudi talents and helping them to go global.
