Kuwait's General Traffic Department has prohibited truck movements on all main roads in the country during the summer.
The traffic department announced that trucks will not be driven on the main roads from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The prohibition of truck movement on main roads will be implemented from Saturday, Jun. 15 to Saturday, Aug. 31.
This prohibition has been implemented to ensure road safety and to reduce the chances of accidents.
Truck drivers are advised to follow this regulation diligently for road safety and to avoid any penalties.
