Yesterday, Monday, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce revealed that institutions are allowed to enter as partners in all types of corporate commercial entities, in order to facilitate the business environment and support the institution sector.
The Ministry stated, in a statement, that allowing institutions to enter as partners in companies of all kinds will have a significant impact on the growth of institutions' investments and the expansion of their incomes.
The Ministry added that companies can benefit from institutions with expertise in various fields by entering them as a partner in exchange for shares of the company.
The Ministry explained that companies can add an institution as a partner electronically via: e.mc.gov.sa through the company establishment service, for new companies, or through the partner decisions service for existing companies.
