The islands of Tuvalu, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, is the third smallest sovereign country in the world in terms of the number of inhabitants, with 12,000 people, and the fourth smallest country with an area of no more than 26 square kilometers.
The islands of Tuvalu are threatened with the disappearance from the world, as scientists expect them to disappear by 2100 at the latest due to climate change.
In the aftermath, there are suggestions that there will be a virtual version of this small island with the same details of neighborhoods, streets, and beaches, rich in the fragrant customs and heritage of its inhabitants, and it is likely that an electronic version will be created in the world of “Metaverse” announced by the Meta company that owns Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp so that its residents can remember it as it was.
