Cityscape Qatar, the leading exhibition in the field of communication, investment, and development in the real estate sector, revealed that it has attracted more attention at the global level, with the launch of many new projects, an increase in real estate sales deals, and high levels of demand on the sidelines of the activities of the second day of the exhibition

The exhibition witnessed the presence of His Excellency the Turkish Ambassador to Qatar, Mustafa Kokso, who toured the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center during the second day of the exhibition, where he visited the Turkish pavilion, which is participating for the first time in the exhibition and was briefed on the latest developments regarding the opportunities available in Qatar and Turkey.

Commenting on this issue, Cekib Udagic, President of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, explained that Turkey's first participation in the annual real estate exhibition was an unmissable opportunity to highlight its new projects and attract international investments. He said: "Participation in Cityscape Qatar represents a valuable opportunity for us. As we participate for the first time in a national pavilion that hosts 14 investment and real estate companies, seeking to seize the rewarding opportunities available in the market, as this exhibition constitutes a very important platform for promoting Turkish real estate projects and attracting private investors.

The event, in its tenth session, which lasts for three days, recorded a great boom in real estate investments inside and outside the region. Jamal Murad, CEO of Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate Development Company, pointed to the wide interest that his company's projects in the residential and commercial sectors have received, and the great demand for purchase during the first day of the exhibition.

In this regard, he said: "We seek to reformulate the corporate identity of our company, and during our participation in this year's session, we will review the huge and pioneering projects we have accomplished. We chose to present the Ramada project, which cost 1.2 billion Qatari riyals, and Ain Khaled Mall, which will be opened Within two months, it includes 55 stores and hypermarkets that are available for reservation now. So far, we have succeeded in concluding four deals, including a residential area consisting of 70 villas, and we were able to communicate with prominent experts in the commercial real estate sector to benefit from their expertise in the Ain Khaled Mall project."

For his part, the General Manager of Mart Real Estate, the local real estate development company, Zakaria Abdullah, revealed that his company had concluded an important sale deal, and said: "This year we were able to make a great start. Today we succeeded in selling an entire floor of our next project, "Seville Residences” located in the famous Fox Mountain area in Lusail City, where we were able to sell nine housing units to one buyer for 11.5 million Qatari riyals, which contributes to stimulating demand levels and enhancing confidence in the short- and long-term real estate rental market.”
