Shrek The Musical Heads to Kuwait in February
Shrek The Musical, an award-winning Broadway show, is heading to Kuwaits Drama Theatre from February 2 to February 11.
The musical is based on the Oscar-winning film Shrek, highlighting the journey of an ogre named Shrek accompanied by a witty donkey called Donkey. Together, the duo embarks on a journey to save Shrek's swamp and other fairy-tale characters' homes. However, the mean Lord Farquaad sets them on another quest to save Princess Fiona, therefore to protect his swamp, Shrek and Donkey undertake a tumultuous journey to save the princess.
Dreamworks Theatricals and Broadway Entertainment Group have produced the play which promises a great musical score, terrific dancing, and awe-inspiring scenery.
