Seven Suspects Arrested With 5,250 kg of Drugs in Kuwait

The Department of the Interior announced the arrest of seven individuals on Friday of various nationalities who were in possession of 2,600 pills of psychotropic substances and 5.250 kg of different kinds of narcotics.
In a follow-up to Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled's efforts to execute the law, step up security, and arrest outlaws, the Criminal Security Department at the ministry was able to detain seven suspects.
According to a statement from the General Directorate of Security Relations and Media, First Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister, and Acting Defense Minister Sheikh Talal Al- Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, security personnel continue to detain dealers in all areas of the ministry.
However, the ministry urged everyone to assist the security forces and report any suspicious activity to the General Administration for Drug Control's hotline (1884141) and emergency phone (112).
