According to media reports, the two most highly anticipated Bollywood films of November have been banned in Saudi Arabia.
Ajay Devgn's 'Singham Again' and Kartik Aaryan's 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' were set to release on Diwali worldwide, however, Mid-Day and Pinkvilla have reported that Saudi Arabia's censor board has banned both films.
The reports state that 'Singham Again' has been banned because it depicts 'religious conflict'. 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' has been banned because the censor board objected to the "homosexual references" in the film.
The release of 'Singham Again' will also be delayed in Singapore because of censorship compliance issues. The film will be released a week later on Monday, Nov. 7.
'Singham Again' is the fifth film in Rohit Shetty's cop universe, while 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' is the third film in the 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa' franchise.
The films will be released in the other GCC countries, however, BB3 is not listed in the movie screenings at VOX Cinema in Kuwait.
