Several areas across Kuwait experienced power outages on Wednesday as temperatures continued to rise. The affected regions include Rai, Shuwaikh Industrial, Sabhan, Nuzha, Khaitan, Sura, Rawda, Yarmouk, and others.
Transformer Overload Causes Blackouts
The power cuts were caused by transformer overloads due to the extreme heat. Technicians from the Ministry of Electricity and Water are currently working to resolve the issue.

Ministry's Response
The Kuwait Ministry of Electricity and Water confirmed the outages and assured the public that the situation is under control. Emergency teams are on high alert to address any further complications.
"We assure you that the situation is under control and being addressed, with emergency teams on high alert in preparation for any surprises," stated the ministry.
