Calling all Twilight fans! Netflix will adapt the book series' latest book 'Midnight Sun' into an animated series.
'Midnight Sun', written by the book series' author Stephanie Meyer, was published in 2020 as a retelling of the first book 'Twilight' from Edward Cullne's perspective.
There is a successful multi-billion film franchise based on the book series, featuring five films starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
The animated series is currently in development, however, a release date has not been announced yet.
Meyer will be the series' executive producer along with Meghan Hibbett, Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen, Erik Feig, and Samie Kim Falvey.
Sinead Daly will also be the series' executive producer, but he will also write it. The cast of the animated series has not been announced yet, but Twilight fans cannot wait!
