Ladies Salons: Prior Reservation and Precautionary Measures
With the approaching of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, ladies' beauty salons are witnessing a state of alert, and continuous work, to accommodate the reservation lists of women and girls wishing to change their hair color, care for their skin, or henna inscriptions to rejoice at the advent of Eid.
A number of directors of ladies' salons confirmed that the Eid season is one of the most important working seasons for salons, as the few days before Eid are among the busiest days.
They pointed out that they organize work inside the salon by making reservations and increasing working hours, as well as increasing the number of female workers in the salon, especially two days before Eid. They said that they are preparing to receive clients, equip the salon, and order all cosmetic materials and products at the beginning of Ramadan.
And they explained that hair treatments and skincare are the most in-demand, then hair dyes and Moroccan baths, as well hairstyling and dyeing, eyelashes installation, as well as manicure and pedicure services, especially since every woman is looking for renewal and change on the feast.
Sheikha Munira bint Fahd Al Thani, owner of a salon in the Al Luqta and Al Kheesa areas, stressed the importance of pre-booking to ensure that all requests are met, especially ahead of the Eid days.
She explained that the salon workers always receive training courses to get acquainted with the latest technologies, acquire new skills, and always be aware of everything related to the latest cosmetic methods, noting their keenness to prevent any crowding, or waiting for customers inside the salon, as well as their keenness to Periodic sterilization, after each use of the place as a whole and all the tools used in the salon.
Mrs. Hoda Muhammad Muzhir, manager of one of the salons in Al Hilal area, said that they have already started entering the blessed Eid al-Fitr atmosphere, through the demand for all services in the salon.
And she indicated their keenness to increase the number of working hours in the salon to receive customers who wish to have a new look to rejoice at the advent of Eid.
She explained that the prices of the services provided are fixed throughout the year and approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as their prices are average within the reach of everyone, especially as they make continuous offers and discounts on some services to attract the largest number of customers.
She noted that the most requested services during Eid are changing the hair color, making dyes, and different hairstyles, there is also a demand for henna, Moroccan bath, manicure, and pedicure. She emphasized that they have full reservations, especially for the last two days of Ramadan, As the salon management is keen to organize reservations to face the pressure before Eid al-Fitr, in addition to its keenness to adhere to precautionary measures, and for workers to wear protective clothing from a mask and gloves all the time, as well as continuous sterilization.
