Kuwaiti artist Ghadah Al-Kandari dedicated her latest art exhibition in Cairo to the people of Palestine.

The art exhibit is hosted by Cairo's Access Art Space in Downtown Cairo and the showcase is titled  ‘metro 23 – half tales from a moving train’.

Al-Kandari explained how the exhibition depicts various moments from her six months of living in Cairo, which she captured in her art.

The exhibit features various multi-colored portraits of people.

The coolest piece in the exhibit is the portrait depicted against a checkered spread that hangs from the ceiling to the floor in the middle of a room.

Al-Kandari explained how her art depicts various stories and snippets she heard from people she passed by. Her art depicts a combination of these snippets and her own creative imagination, which has brought about such vibrant pictures.

The showcase will be set up for a month at the Access Art Exhibit and if art lovers in Kuwait plan to visit Cairo during this time, they should check out the exhibition!
