The Minister of Social Affairs, Women and Childhood, Mai Al-Baghli, has announced the launch of a national campaign to provide assistance to debtors.
The campaign will involve accepting donations, which can be made between Sunday night and Thursday midnight. The aim of the campaign is to provide support to those struggling with debt.
Kuwait's Ministry of Social Affairs, Woman and Childhood has announced the launch of a national campaign to aid debtors in collaboration with the Ministries of Information and Justice. The campaign is a continuation of Kuwait's humanitarian efforts and is aimed at supporting citizens who are struggling with debt.
The Ministry is working to nationalize such campaigns and prioritize the care of nationals in line with the directives of the Council of Ministers. Donations can be made through a provided link and Zakat is permitted. The campaign targets individuals with disabilities, special needs, elders, and women, provided that the related rulings are of civil cases.
The funds collected will be transferred to the General Directorate of Implementation at the Ministry of Justice.
