Katy Perry and Lionel Richie to Perform at King Charles' Coronation

Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, Take That and Andrea Bocelli are to perform at King Charles' Coronation concert.
The coronation ceremony for Charles III will take place on May 6th, while the concert will take place on May 7th at Windsor Castle where 20,000 guests from the public and special guests will be in attendance and the performance will be broadcasted on television and radio.
Lionel Richie who will be performing at the concert was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2022 and the singer-songwriter is a Grammy, Oscar, and Golden Globe winner.
Katy Perry who will also headline the concert is one of the five artists in history to exceed 100 certified digital units with her digital singles.
Take That is a pop group that will also feature at the concert and the group consists of Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, and Mark Owen. They are one of the most successful bands in the British music industry with more than 45 million records sold.
Andrea Bocelli will be performing a duet with Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel at the concert
Other than these wonderful performers, singer-songwriter Freya Ridings and classical soul composer Alexis Ffrench will also feature at the concert.
The Coronation Choir will also be performing at the concert, which will consist of community choirs and amateur singers from across Britain. They will perform alongside The Virtual Choir, which will include singers from the Commonwealth.
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) will produce and broadcast the show. According to the BBC, the centrepiece of the concert will feature iconic locations from across the United Kingdom with the use of projections, drone displays, and lasers.
