The Supreme Committee of Crisis & Disaster Management said on Wednesday that all activities, events and social gatherings in Dubai can gradually return to full capacity by 15 February.
Its latest directive will apply to various economic, tourism and entertainment facilities, as well as shopping centres and modes of transportation.
The maximum capacity for weddings and funerals will also be increased and local authorities in each emirate will determine the number of attendees allowed.

Meanwhile, the safe distance to be maintained at mosques has been reduced to one metre, with authorities closely monitoring the COVID infection rates over the next month before deciding whether to maintain or remove the safe distance in mosques.
