ISIS has claimed responsibility for the deadly mass shooting on a Shia mosque during Ashura commemorations last Monday, July 15, 2024. The attack occurred overnight in the Wadi Kabeer area, resulting in the deaths of at least nine individuals and injuries to more than 28 others.
