Ban on Drone Photography in Effect Until March 1st

The Ministry of Interior declared the banning of camera usage along Arabian Gulf Street. This includes the Kuwait Towers, and the Green Island areas.
The decision is effective and started from February 20th until March 1st.
As per a statement released by the General Directorate of Security Relations and Media of the Ministry, drone photography has been prohibited as a safety precaution because of upcoming unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) shows scheduled to occur in the areas during the same period.
The Ministry's statement emphasized the importance of the public sticking with the drone photography ban rule to ensure their safety and avoid interfering with the radio frequencies of the unmanned aerial vehicles participating in the upcoming shows.
In other news, Dr. Abdullah Mishal Al-Sabah, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense, received a visit from Spanish Admiral of Fleet Juan Luis Sobrino Perez, who was accompanied by the Spanish Ambassador Miguel Aguilar during his official visit to Kuwait on Monday.
